I don’t think I’ll ever get over the feeling of standing in the Van Dusen Courtyard, watching guests take their seats beneath a floral canopy for Audrey and Chris’s ceremony. It was one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever created, and I still think about that view from the aisle. From the moment I met Audrey, I had a feeling we’d work well together. She knew exactly what she wanted, gave clear direction, and trusted my vision. She was also the first bride to say yes to this floral installation, which made the experience even more meaningful.

Her only request: “Pink, but not baby shower.” That playful clarity gave me the freedom to introduce complementary tones that made the palette feel rich, romantic, and unmistakably bridal. She wore a pearl-detailed dress, so I added subtle pearl elements to the florals to echo that detail in a fresh and modern way. One of my favorite design challenges was repurposing the chuppah flowers after the ceremony to create a full meadow moment around the sweetheart table. It all came together in a way that felt bold, intentional, and unforgettable.
